You have a 30-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the item \u2014 longer than the statutory 14-day period. Use the same form if you want to return or exchange an item.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Simply fill in the fields below so we can identify your purchase, then click &#8220;Confirm cancellation&#8221;. You will immediately receive a receipt by email as soon as we have received your cancellation. <\/p>\n\n<h2>How it works<\/h2>\n\n<p>1. Enter your name, order number and email below.<br\/>2. Click &#8220;Confirm cancellation&#8221;.<br\/>3. You will receive a receipt by email.<br\/>4. Pack the item securely and send it to: Omhu, Thrigesvej 13, DK-7430 Ikast.<\/p>\n\n<p>You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For an exchange, we will pay to send the new item to you again.
