Cancel order

Here you can cancel your purchase from Omhu. You have a 30-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the item — longer than the statutory 14-day period. Use the same form if you want to return or exchange an item.

Simply fill in the fields below so we can identify your purchase, then click “Confirm cancellation”. You will immediately receive a receipt by email as soon as we have received your cancellation.

How it works

1. Enter your name, order number and email below.
2. Click “Confirm cancellation”.
3. You will receive a receipt by email.
4. Pack the item securely and send it to: Omhu, Thrigesvej 13, DK-7430 Ikast.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For an exchange, we will pay to send the new item to you again. Please note that you may only handle the item to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function — otherwise the refund amount may be reduced.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the card used for the purchase.
